Managing 2 is easier than managing 3.

That's all I'm sayin'.

Totally! (It's easier than 4 too just if you were wondering!)

I'm waiting for a couple weeks so I can say "one is easier than three!" (ok--it won't be for very long, but still, nice while it lasts!)

LOL Well, 3's not that much easier than 4... but 2... 2 is just lovely!

Melinda, I don't remember what having one kid around is like (I'm sure you don't either. The last time I had one kid at home was when Eric was one (and then came Mark). Enjoy while it lasts! :)

I think having just one kid around can sometimes be a bit harder than two--just because there's no one else to hang out with and they want mommy's attention all the time.

But for today (the first day of school where we live), it was really wonderful to be home alone with just my little girl.

I think 3 would be a challenge. I don't have 3 kids of my own, but it seems like whenever there are 3 kids together for playdates, someone is always on the outs.

HA HA! Enjoy it while you can. You are lucky the boys still have each other to play with. I am with Lisa... I think 1 can be harder than 2, especially in my case. My girls really keep each other entertained. I have to work harder when Lauren is napping because Jenna needs a playmate.

My theory is that one less kid than the number you actually have is the number that is manageable! Or maybe it's just that changing the dynamic by just one personality makes a huge difference. I am *patiently* waiting to change the dynamic in my house... 11 more days...!!
